The Summer Solar Retreat takes place June 17–21, 2025. Plan to arrive on June 17th for our welcome networking night. Workshops officially begin June 18th. The retreat ends after a half-day workshop on June 21st.

Payment Plan Options:

• Full payment is due at checkout to reserve your seat.

• If you prefer, you can place a non-refundable $3,000 deposit:

• Deposit due now.

• 100% of the balance is due by May 31st.

• If the balance is not paid by May 31st, your seat will be forfeited without refund, and the seat may be resold.

• No refunds are offered after three (3) days of your initial purchase. After 3 days, all sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or transfers are allowed for any reason.

• By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. If a chargeback is attempted, Attaway Group LLC will provide proof of your signed agreement to these terms to reverse the dispute. In short, be sure you are committed to attending this event.

• For flexible financing, you may use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay at checkout. (You’ll create an account with them and make payments to them directly while we are paid in full.)

Fly into Key West International Airport (EYW). It’s a short drive to the resort from there.

It’s highly recommended. While workshops start June 18th, we kick off the retreat the night of the 17th with a networking event and welcome drinks around 7-8 PM. Arriving on the 17th gives you the full experience, connecting with everyone before workshops begin.

We recommend booking your departing flight for the evening of Saturday, June 21st, after 4 PM. Workshops end at noon that day.

Absolutely! You can book extra nights either at our resort if rooms are available or at another local hotel. You’ll arrange and pay for those extra nights yourself directly with the hotel.

Yes! We’ll have a great balance of work and fun. After our half-day workshop on Saturday, we encourage everyone to enjoy Key West’s nightlife together to cap off an incredible retreat experience.

Saturday is a half-day workshop ending at noon. No lunch or dinner will be provided that day, giving you the afternoon and evening free to relax, explore, or stay an extra night.

Yes. Your hotel room for four nights is included with your retreat package. You don’t need to book anything separately.

No. Flights must be booked separately by each attendee.

Yes! You can bring a spouse or a team member from your company for an additional $2,500. Which includes the full experience. It does not include an additional hotel room or flight. If you want to book a separate hotel room for your plus one, you'll need to let our event team know and they will help you arrange and pay for it.

Your plus one does NOT have to be part of the workshops in order to participate in the rest of the retreat and still have access to food and activities.

Yes, if they are part of your company, they can attend as your plus-one for $2,500.

No. A plus-one must be someone in your company or your spouse. Other business owners must reserve their own spot separately.

Only 15 companies will be accepted.

Yes. If all 15 spots sell out, we will maintain a waitlist in case of any last-minute cancellations.

No. All sales are final. Your payment reserves your spot, and we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

Yes! The sunset yacht cruise, full dinner, and drinks are included with your package.

No official excursions are planned. We want to balance energy between fun and focus. You’re welcome to book your own extra activities separately before or after the retreat.

No. Key West is part of Florida. No passport required for U.S. citizens.

Yes! A professional photographer and videographer will be onsite. Each company will have a custom shot list to ensure you leave with amazing photos and video content to share on social media — thousands of dollars in value, included with your retreat ticket.
